About me

The road to my coaching career hasn’t exactly been straightforward, but that’s often the way with finding your perfect job!

I spent 12 years working in the world of PR both agency side and in-house with big brands like Virgin, Coca-Cola, Zoopla, and Unilever. After a long fertility journey, I had my daughter in 2020 and left the corporate world to start a fitness business, giving me more time at home.

Having just about recovered from a bumpy entry into motherhood amidst the COVID pandemic, I was ready to return to full-time work when we welcomed my little boy —a wonderful but totally unexpected surprise, which shifted my focus again.

Coaching has been a key part of my life at pivotal moments, from career coaching in 2015 that helped me take on a role I never thought possible, to the support I received during IVF. Recommending coaching became second nature, and after my son’s birth, it was clear this was the work which truly aligned with my values and where I wanted to go.

Now, as a certified coach, I’m on a mission to give professionals, parents and those juggling the demands of a career with family life the coaching support and tools they need to get back in the driving seat.

It might be a specific topic or issue which brings a client to coaching, but I’m a big believer in coaching the PERSON as well as just the challenge they’re facing.

To do that - and to do that well - I focus on building a strong foundation of trust, rapport, and understanding. This connection helps us work together towards the kind of transformative growth that my coaching can really offer.

Whatever you’re up against - from career issues to the pressures of parenthood and everything in between - together we’ll look at where you are and where you want to be, and we will set meaningful, tangible goals to get you there.

Using a range of coaching tools and techniques, all tailored to suit your goals and preferred learning styles, we will get you on track to fulfilling your full potential in a holistic and impactful way.
